Avid gardeners, the backyard is always (and I do mean always) in bloom with gorgeous flowers. They grow their own strawberries, oranges, lemons, limes, and hybrids like pluots (Plum-Apricots) and apriums (Apricot-Plums) And the views? Nothing short of unforgettable. It’s been a wonderful few days, being able to reconnect with friends and family, all while breathing in the gorgeous California air and soaking in much-needed vitamin D. I went and got my nails and toes done with my mom and chose a pretty spring turquoise for the color – What can I say? It matched my pants!
It is so fun to be around my best friends again. To drive down familiar streets, and run into people from high school at the mall! It is warm and sunny and everything California should be.
There is something about this state that is so special to me. It is home. It is perfect.
