Losing Those Holiday Pounds

I don't know about you guys,
but from August to the end of December I put on about 10 pounds.
The result of lack of exercise (it's too cold in Germany, I tell you!)
and a super delicious holiday season.

I am not uncomfortable with my body (anymore, there were times when that wasn't the case)
but I was happier with where I was before, ten pounds lighter,
so I decided to make it a goal to get rid of my "Holiday 10" by springtime.
A friend reccomended that I try, a simple website where you plug in your age, height, weight, and weight goal. It then tells you exactly how many calories you can eat per day. What I love about this is the fact that it gives you a date. I'm not quite sure what formula they use to figure it out, but the website tells you exactly WHEN you'll reach your goal weight, if you stay under the calorie limit they've set for you.
The website also helps you keep track of what you eat and how much you work out throughout the day.
I've never felt more motivated to be healthy, because I know that if I'm good I know exactly when I'll reach my goal. There's no doubt, no confusion, no this-isn't-working stress eating, none of it.

And you know what?
Without dramatically changing my excersise routine or my diet,
I've already lost three of my holiday pounds since starting on the first of January. is not paying me to tell you about this,
I'm telling you about it because it's awesome.
No, really.
